Shipping policy

Route Insurance is an option to protect your packages. If you select First Class package and DO NOT SELECT Route insurance, you are assuming all liability if the package is lost or damaged. 

Shipping prices vary based on the weight of your order. We offer shipping via USPS or UPS (your choice). Items will ship within 3-5 business days. You will receive notification when your item is ready to be shipped along with the tracking number. If you do not receive your order, please send me an email. While Lovie T Designs is not held responsible for lost packages in the mail, we will try out hardest to work with USPS / UPS to try and locate the package. Please ensure you have the correct address the time of checkout. We are not responsible for items lost in mail. USPS is liable for the delivery of your items in route. We cannot refund your order if it is lost in route. Please double check your address and make sure it is correct.
