Shipping Policy
Processing Times
Ready-to-print DTF transfers, Print Your Own Designs, DTF gang sheets, and UV DTF gang sheets ordered by 12 PM (noon) CST Monday–Friday can ship the same business day. Orders placed after noon, on weekends, or on holidays move to the next business day.
- Customized designs: up to 3 business days
- Completed apparel: up to 7 business days
- Custom apparel: up to 10 business days
- Spangle transfers: up to 5 business days
- Completed Spangle apparel: up to 7 business days
If a product page lists a different turnaround time, the time shown on that product applies. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding holidays. Carrier transit time begins after an order leaves our facility and is separate from processing time.
Shipping and Tracking
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Available carriers and services may vary by destination and package size. Tracking information is emailed when your shipping label is created. Tracking can take time to update after the carrier receives the package.
Addresses and Returned Packages
Please verify your shipping address before placing your order. Customers are responsible for additional postage when a package is returned because the address entered at checkout was incorrect or incomplete.
Missing, Wrong, Damaged, or Delayed Orders
Issues involving missing, wrong, or damaged items must be reported within 3 calendar days of delivery using our Order Issue Claim Form. Please allow up to 3 business days for review and a response.
Carrier delays and packages marked delivered may require an investigation with the carrier. We will provide the shipping information available to us and help with the claim process when appropriate.
