UV DTF ROLLING GANG SHEET

Build your own UV DTF gang sheet and fill it with as many designs as you can fit! UV DTF transfers provide a vibrant, glossy, durable finish and apply without a heat press.

• Other clean, smooth, nonporous surfaces

UV DTF is not intended for apparel, fabric, silicone, textured, porous or flexible surfaces.

FILE REQUIREMENTS

• Upload high-quality, print-ready PNG files
• Transparent backgrounds are recommended
• Images should be uploaded at the exact size needed
• Do not mirror your designs
• Leave a small amount of space between designs
• Small or extremely fine details may not transfer properly
• Colors may vary slightly between your screen and the finished print

Files are printed exactly as submitted. We do not resize, edit, remove backgrounds, correct spelling or improve image quality unless an art service is purchased separately.

HOW TO APPLY UV DTF

  1. Clean the surface thoroughly with rubbing alcohol and allow it to dry completely.

  2. Use a squeegee or firm card to press across the transfer before removing it from the backing.

  3. Slowly peel away the white backing, leaving the design attached to the clear transfer film.

  4. Position the transfer carefully. UV DTF has a strong adhesive and cannot be repositioned after it touches the surface.

  5. Starting on one side, slowly press the transfer onto the surface while smoothing firmly to prevent bubbles or wrinkles.

  6. Burnish the entire design with a squeegee or firm card, paying special attention to small details and edges.

  7. Slowly peel the clear transfer film away at a sharp angle. If any part of the design lifts, place the film back down, rub firmly and peel again.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

• Allow the transfer to cure for 24–48 hours before washing
• Hand washing is recommended for the longest-lasting results
• Do not soak or scrub the design
• Avoid abrasive cleaners
• Do not place in the microwave
• Dishwasher durability may vary depending on the item, surface and application

IMPORTANT

UV DTF transfers are intended for use on hard, smooth surfaces. We recommend testing the transfer on your specific item before completing a large production run. Surface coatings, texture and handling may affect adhesion. Lovie T Designs is not responsible for transfers applied incorrectly or for compatibility with individual products.

Shipping time is separate from turnaround time (TAT).

Once your order has completed production, it will be shipped using the shipping method selected at checkout. Delivery times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

• Shipping estimates do not include processing or production time

• Orders cannot be refunded due to carrier delays

• Address accuracy is the customer’s responsibility

DTF TRANSFER PRESSING INSTRUCTIONS

Temperature: 280–300°F

Pressure: Heavy

Time: 10–15 seconds

Peel: Hot

Pressing Steps

  1. Pre-press garment for 5–10 seconds to remove moisture and wrinkles.
  2. Place transfer on the garment. Cover with parchment paper.
  3. Press for 10–15 seconds.
  4. Peel HOT.
  5. Second Press: Cover with parchment paper and press again for 5–7 seconds.

Troubleshooting Tips

• If the transfer lifts when opening your press, cover with parchment paper and press again.

• If the design is not sticking, you may have cold spots or uneven pressure. Rotate the garment and press again for 5–10 seconds.
