Because our products are printed, made to order, or customized, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.
Mockup Disclaimer
Unless otherwise specified, listing images are digital mockups intended to show design details and colors. The appearance, scale, and color of a finished transfer or garment may vary slightly by size, material, garment color, screen settings, and production method. Please contact us before ordering if you have questions about sizing or color.
Order Issues
Missing, wrong, or damaged items must be reported within 3 calendar days of delivery through our Order Issue Claim Form. Please allow up to 3 business days for review and a response.
Processing Times
Ready-to-print DTF transfers, Print Your Own Designs, DTF gang sheets, and UV DTF gang sheets ordered by 12 PM (noon) CST Monday–Friday can ship the same business day. Orders placed after noon, on weekends, or on holidays move to the next business day.
- Customized designs: up to 3 business days
- Completed apparel: up to 7 business days
- Custom apparel: up to 10 business days
- Spangle transfers: up to 5 business days
- Completed Spangle apparel: up to 7 business days
If a product page lists a different turnaround time, the time shown on that product applies. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.
