If the mockup you see includes accent details such as sleeve designs, pocket prints, or other add-ons, those accents are considered extras and are not included in the base price unless specifically selected.
These elements are added for visual reference and inspiration. If you’d like to include them in your final product, be sure to choose the appropriate add-ons or reach out to us for a custom quote.

PRINTS: If you order more than 15 individual prints they will ship ROLLED and not cut. We do try and cut them into 12x22 sheets if time allows.

Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding holidays. If an item has a product-specific turnaround time, that product’s stated turnaround applies.
Shipping time is separate from turnaround time (TAT).
Once your order has completed production, it will be shipped using the shipping method selected at checkout. Delivery times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
• We are not responsible for carrier delays (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.)
• Shipping estimates do not include processing or production time
• Orders cannot be refunded due to carrier delays
• Address accuracy is the customer’s responsibility
• Returned or delayed packages due to incorrect addresses may incur additional fees

• If the transfer lifts when opening your press, cover with parchment paper and press again.
• If the design is not sticking, you may have cold spots or uneven pressure. Rotate the garment and press again for 5–10 seconds.
