Post Planner Privacy and Facebook Data
Last updated November 2, 2026
This page explains what the Lovie Lab Post Planner does with your Facebook information. The Post Planner is a tool for Lovie Lab members on lovietdesign.com, run by Lovie T Designs. Our full store privacy policy is at lovietdesign.com/policies/privacy-policy.
What we get from Facebook
When you tap Connect Facebook in the Post Planner, Facebook asks which business Pages you want to share. We receive only:
- your Facebook user ID and name, so we can show who is connected;
- the name and ID of each Page you chose;
- a Page access key from Facebook that lets the planner create and cancel posts on those Pages.
We do not get your password, friends, messages, personal profile posts or group information, and we never post to personal profiles or groups.
How we use it
We use this information only to publish or schedule the posts you choose to send from the Post Planner, and to cancel a scheduled post when you ask. We do not sell it, share it with anyone else, or use it for advertising.
Where it is kept
Your connection is stored with your Lovie Lab account on our secure server (Cloudflare). Page access keys are encrypted. Only the Post Planner uses them.
How to delete your Facebook data
You can remove everything at any time in any of these ways:
- In the Post Planner, tap Facebook and then Disconnect Facebook. We delete your Facebook ID, name, Page list and access keys right away and remove the app's access on Facebook.
- On Facebook, go to Settings & privacy > Settings > Business integrations, find Lovie Lab Post Planner and tap Remove. Facebook tells us and we delete your data automatically.
- Email sasha@lovietdesign.com with the subject "Delete my Facebook data" and we will delete it within 30 days.
Posts already published on your Page stay on Facebook. You can delete those on Facebook yourself. Posts still scheduled stay scheduled unless you cancel them in the planner before disconnecting, or on Facebook.
