Bring Back an Old Custom – Request or Mockup
Looking for an older Lovie T custom design that is no longer available on the website? Use this listing to request that we check our archived files and see whether it can be brought back.
Please note: Not all retired or archived designs are still available. Submitting a request does not guarantee that the design can be restored, recreated or relisted.
Choose Your Request
- Bring Back Request — FREE: We will check our archived files for the design you describe. This is a request only and does not include a mockup, transfer, finished shirt or new artwork.
- Bring Back Request + Mockup — $5: We will check for the archived design and, if it is available, create one new product mockup using the information you provide. The $5 option is for the mockup service only and does not include a transfer or finished product.
What We Need From You
- The old design or listing name, if known
- Mascot, team, school or wording shown on the design
- Original colors or requested color combination
- A screenshot or reference image, if available
- For the mockup option: requested garment style and color
Important
- Requests are reviewed based on the information submitted.
- We cannot guarantee that every archived design or editable file is still available.
- If the design is found and eligible to return, it may be added back to the appropriate website collection or reorder section.
- This listing is not for creating a completely new design.
- Please submit one design request per order.
Ready-to-press DTF, BYOF, and gang-sheet orders placed by noon CST can ship the same business day.
Customized designs and completed apparel require additional production time. Shipping time is separate from production time.
Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding holidays. If an item has a product-specific turnaround time, that product’s stated turnaround applies.
Shipping time is separate from turnaround time (TAT).
Once your order has completed production, it will be shipped using the shipping method selected at checkout. Delivery times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

• We are not responsible for carrier delays (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.)
• Shipping estimates do not include processing or production time
• Orders cannot be refunded due to carrier delays
• Address accuracy is the customer’s responsibility
• Returned or delayed packages due to incorrect addresses may incur additional fees

DTF transfer pressing instructions
Temperature: 280–300°F
Pressure: Heavy
Time: 10–15 seconds
Peel: Hot
Pressing steps
- Pre-press garment for 5–10 seconds to remove moisture and wrinkles.
- Place transfer on the garment. Cover with parchment paper.
- Press for 10–15 seconds.
- Peel HOT.
- Second press: Cover with parchment paper and press again for 5–7 seconds.
Troubleshooting tips
• If the transfer lifts when opening your press, cover with parchment paper and press again.
• If the design is not sticking, you may have cold spots or uneven pressure. Rotate the garment and press again for 5–10 seconds.
