Create a one-of-a-kind blanket using your own photo, artwork or finished design. Choose your blanket size, upload your file and tell us exactly how you would like the artwork sized and positioned.

How to Order

  1. Choose your blanket size.
  2. Upload your finished file. A high-resolution PNG or JPG is recommended.
  3. Leave sizing instructions. Tell us whether you want the design to fill the blanket, stay centered, keep the full design visible or follow another specific layout.

  • 30" × 40" — $20.00
  • 50" × 60" — $33.00
  • 60" × 80" — $46.00

Important File Information

  • Your artwork will be printed from the file you upload.
  • Please submit the highest-resolution file available. Screenshots and low-resolution images may print blurry or pixelated.
  • Basic sizing and placement are included. Design creation, rebuilding, background removal and extensive editing are not included.
  • We will follow your sizing notes as closely as possible while preserving the proportions of your artwork.
  • Colors may vary slightly between your screen and the finished blanket.
  • By uploading a file, you confirm that you own it or have permission to reproduce it.

Standard shipping: 30" × 40" ships for $6.59; 50" × 60" ships for $9.99; 60" × 80" ships for $11.99. Additional blankets in the same order may have lower combined shipping.

Ready-to-press DTF, BYOF, and gang-sheet orders placed by noon CST can ship the same business day.

Customized designs and completed apparel require additional production time. Shipping time is separate from production time.

Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding holidays. If an item has a product-specific turnaround time, that product’s stated turnaround applies.

Shipping time is separate from turnaround time (TAT).

Once your order has completed production, it will be shipped using the shipping method selected at checkout. Delivery times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Please note:

• We are not responsible for carrier delays (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.)

• Shipping estimates do not include processing or production time

• Orders cannot be refunded due to carrier delays

• Address accuracy is the customer’s responsibility

• Returned or delayed packages due to incorrect addresses may incur additional fees

DTF transfer pressing instructions

Temperature: 280–300°F

Pressure: Heavy

Time: 10–15 seconds

Peel: Hot

Pressing steps

  1. Pre-press garment for 5–10 seconds to remove moisture and wrinkles.
  2. Place transfer on the garment. Cover with parchment paper.
  3. Press for 10–15 seconds.
  4. Peel HOT.
  5. Second press: Cover with parchment paper and press again for 5–7 seconds.

Troubleshooting tips

• If the transfer lifts when opening your press, cover with parchment paper and press again.

• If the design is not sticking, you may have cold spots or uneven pressure. Rotate the garment and press again for 5–10 seconds.
