Oversized Sleeve-to-Sleeve Design Request – $5 Deposit
This listing is specifically for creating an oversized sleeve-to-sleeve back design for a Gildan 18000 crewneck.
This is a design service only. No physical item, crewneck, apparel or printed transfer is included with the $5 deposit.
We will create your oversized back design using the measurement guide shown in the product images. Because artwork varies, some designs may require slight adjustments to look their best. We recommend pairing the sleeve-to-sleeve back design with an oversized front print.
Choose one $5 request type:
- Add to Gang Builder Folder – Gang Sheets/BYOF: We will create the oversized sleeve-to-sleeve design and add it to your Gang Builder folder. You may then use it when ordering gang sheets or through the BYOF listing.
- Add to My Single Order – Invoice Me the Difference: We will create the design and add it to your current single-transfer order. The $5 is a deposit only. We will invoice you for the remaining price difference based on the required finished size. The balance must be paid before fulfillment.
- I Need a Mockup: We will create a mockup showing the requested oversized sleeve-to-sleeve design. No finished apparel or printed transfer is included.

- XL — 46″ × 8″

Please provide complete design details and a clear reference image when available. Reference artwork is used for inspiration and identification only and will not be copied exactly when copyright or trademark restrictions apply.
Important: Design work begins after all required information is received. The $5 payment is a design-service deposit, not a physical-product purchase.
Ready-to-press DTF, BYOF, and gang-sheet orders placed by noon CST can ship the same business day.
Customized designs and completed apparel require additional production time. Shipping time is separate from production time.
Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding holidays. If an item has a product-specific turnaround time, that product’s stated turnaround applies.
Shipping time is separate from turnaround time (TAT).
Once your order has completed production, it will be shipped using the shipping method selected at checkout. Delivery times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

• We are not responsible for carrier delays (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.)
• Shipping estimates do not include processing or production time
• Orders cannot be refunded due to carrier delays
• Address accuracy is the customer’s responsibility
• Returned or delayed packages due to incorrect addresses may incur additional fees

DTF transfer pressing instructions
Temperature: 280–300°F
Pressure: Heavy
Time: 10–15 seconds
Peel: Hot
Pressing steps
- Pre-press garment for 5–10 seconds to remove moisture and wrinkles.
- Place transfer on the garment. Cover with parchment paper.
- Press for 10–15 seconds.
- Peel HOT.
- Second press: Cover with parchment paper and press again for 5–7 seconds.
Troubleshooting tips
• If the transfer lifts when opening your press, cover with parchment paper and press again.
• If the design is not sticking, you may have cold spots or uneven pressure. Rotate the garment and press again for 5–10 seconds.
