How It Works
Step 1: Open the Gang Sheet Builder
Click the builder to start creating your custom sheet.
Step 2: Choose Your Designs
Browse our pre-loaded designs or upload your own. Simply click to add them to your sheet.
Step 3: Customize Your Sheet

Pressing Instructions
- Heat press at 60 PSI
- Up to 400°F
- Cover with paper
- Press for 60 seconds – 1 press only
Good to know:
- Sublimation works on white or light-colored polyester (65%+ polyester recommended) and sublimation-coated blanks like tumblers, mugs and signs. It won't show up on dark or 100% cotton fabric – use our DTF sheets for those.
- Upload high-quality PNG files for the best results.
- All gang sheet orders are final – please double-check your sheet before checking out. No edits or refunds once an order is placed.

Shipping time is separate from turnaround time (TAT).
Once your order has completed production, it will be shipped using the shipping method selected at checkout. Delivery times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

• Shipping estimates do not include processing or production time
• Orders cannot be refunded due to carrier delays
• Address accuracy is the customer’s responsibility
• Returned or delayed packages due to incorrect addresses may incur additional fees

DTF transfer pressing instructions
Temperature: 280–300°F
Pressure: Heavy
Time: 10–15 seconds
Peel: Hot
Pressing steps
- Pre-press garment for 5–10 seconds to remove moisture and wrinkles.
- Place transfer on the garment. Cover with parchment paper.
- Press for 10–15 seconds.
- Peel HOT.
- Second press: Cover with parchment paper and press again for 5–7 seconds.
Troubleshooting tips
• If the transfer lifts when opening your press, cover with parchment paper and press again.
• If the design is not sticking, you may have cold spots or uneven pressure. Rotate the garment and press again for 5–10 seconds.
