Sublimation Prints

Files must be print ready.

• Sublimation will work best on 100% white polyester garment and sublimation treated surfaces.
• Has the capability to be applied other types of garments such as 50/50 blends and cotton
  • When pressing onto other light colored garments, note that it will not be as vibrant as it will take on the color of the garment
• If pressing onto anything other than fabric, please reach out for further assistance. 

Color Disclaimer: Actual colors may vary. This is due to the fact that every computer monitor has a different capability to display colors and that everyone sees these colors differently. Please understand the actual color may vary slightly from your monitor. We cannot guarantee that the color you see accurately portrays the true color of the transfer but we strive to match as close as possible. 

Quality - Please check the resolution of your file before placing your order. Again, your file will be printed as it is received. 300 dpi is the suggested minimum.

Turnaround time (TAT) begins after payment is received and does not include shipping time.

• Gang Sheets: 3 business days

• Single Prints: 5 business days

• Custom Prints: 7–10 business days

• Apparel: 14 business days

• Sublimation Prints: 5 business days

Once your order has completed production, it will be shipped using the shipping method selected at checkout. Delivery times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

DTF TRANSFER PRESSING INSTRUCTIONS

Temperature: 280–300°F

Pressure: Heavy

Time: 10–15 seconds

Peel: Hot

Pressing Steps

1. Pre-press garment for 5–10 seconds to remove moisture and wrinkles.
   
2. Place transfer on the garment. Cover with parchment paper.
   
3. Press for 10–15 seconds.
   
4. Peel HOT.
   
5. Second Press: Cover with parchment paper and press again for 5–7 seconds.
   

Troubleshooting Tips

• If the transfer lifts when opening your press, cover with parchment paper and press again.

• If the design is not sticking, you may have cold spots or uneven pressure. Rotate the garment and press again for 5–10 seconds.
