DESIGN WITH ME | 30-Minute Customization Session

Have an idea in your head but need a little help bringing it to life? Let's DESIGN TOGETHER! 💗

This listing gives you 30 minutes of one-on-one Facebook chat time with me to create and customize design mockups together in real time.

We'll use existing elements, patterns, alphas, mascots, graphics, and other resources I already have available to build something that works for YOU.

WHAT CAN WE DO DURING YOUR 30 MINUTES?

We can play with things like:

• Mascots
• School or team names
• Colors
• Patterns
• Alphas and fonts
• Wording and phrases
• Existing design elements
• Different layouts and combinations
• Mixing elements from designs/resources I already have available

You tell me what you're envisioning, and we'll work through ideas together during your session.

PLEASE READ — THIS IS NOT A FULL CUSTOM DESIGN

This listing is for 30 minutes of my design/customization time.

These are NOT full custom illustrations or exclusive designs.

I am not creating brand-new artwork from scratch during these sessions. Instead, we're getting creative with elements and resources already available to me and combining/customizing them to create something you love.

Any designs created during a Design With Me session are not exclusive and may be made available to other Lovie T customers.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER WE DESIGN IT?

Once we've created something you love, you'll have the option to order it as a DTF transfer through Lovie T!

Your finished designs can be used to order:

• Custom Singles
• Custom Gang Sheets
• Additional/replacement prints later

DTF transfers are NOT included in the price of this session. This listing covers the 30-minute design session only. Transfers must be purchased separately.

HOW THE 30-MINUTE SESSION WORKS

After purchasing, we'll arrange your Design With Me session.

Sessions are completed through Facebook Messenger so we can chat back and forth while I create your mockups.

Your 30 minutes begins at your scheduled session time.

Please come ready with your ideas, school/mascot information, colors, wording, inspiration, and anything else you'd like me to reference. The more prepared you are, the more we can accomplish!

IMPORTANT TIME POLICY

Your purchase includes 30 minutes of design time — not unlimited revisions or a guaranteed number of finished designs.

We may create one design during that time... or we may knock out several! It completely depends on the complexity of what we're creating and how quickly decisions are made.

At the end of 30 minutes, the session is complete.

If you'd like to continue designing, you're welcome to purchase another Design With Me session.

BEFORE PURCHASING

Please make sure this service is right for what you need.

Design With Me is perfect if you're thinking:

"I love this, but can we change the mascot?"

"Can we use this pattern with that alpha?"

"I have these elements... can we put them together?"

"Can we make something for my school colors?"

"I know what I want, but I need help putting it all together!"

If you're looking for completely original artwork drawn from scratch or an exclusive design that will only be available to you, this is not the correct service.

You just need someone to help you take all those ideas floating around in your head and PUT THEM TOGETHER. 😂

Turnaround time (TAT) begins after payment is received and does not include shipping time.

• Gang Sheets: 3 business days

• Single Prints: 5 business days

• Custom Prints: 7–10 business days

• Apparel: 14 business days

• Sublimation Prints: 5 business days

Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.

Rush orders may be available for an additional fee and are not guaranteed.

Shipping time is separate from turnaround time (TAT).

Once your order has completed production, it will be shipped using the shipping method selected at checkout. Delivery times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

• We are not responsible for carrier delays (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.)

• Shipping estimates do not include processing or production time

• Orders cannot be refunded due to carrier delays

• Address accuracy is the customer’s responsibility

• Returned or delayed packages due to incorrect addresses may incur additional fees

DTF TRANSFER PRESSING INSTRUCTIONS

Temperature: 280–300°F

Pressure: Heavy

Time: 10–15 seconds

Peel: Hot

Pressing Steps

1. Pre-press garment for 5–10 seconds to remove moisture and wrinkles.
   
2. Place transfer on the garment. Cover with parchment paper.
   
3. Press for 10–15 seconds.
   
4. Peel HOT.
   
5. Second Press: Cover with parchment paper and press again for 5–7 seconds.
   

Troubleshooting Tips

• If the transfer lifts when opening your press, cover with parchment paper and press again.

• If the design is not sticking, you may have cold spots or uneven pressure. Rotate the garment and press again for 5–10 seconds.
